04Do you offer lift AMC and maintenance?+
Yes. Mirai offers annual maintenance contracts for elevator upkeep, preventive servicing and breakdown support. Visit frequency, parts coverage, exclusions and response arrangements are confirmed in writing after an assessment of your equipment.
05Can you modernize an existing elevator?+
Yes. The team assesses the existing equipment before recommending control, safety-feature or cabin upgrades. Compatibility, scope, downtime and cost are agreed before the work starts.
