02How much space does a home lift need?+
Space requirements depend on the chosen lift and your building. Shaft dimensions, pit depth, headroom, entrance clearances and structural suitability need a site assessment. Share your drawings or request a visit so the technical team can confirm a suitable configuration.
03How long does installation take?+
Your timeline depends on the selected system, site readiness, equipment availability and the agreed scope. We confirm a schedule after the survey and specification. Civil preparation and electrical readiness should be coordinated before equipment installation begins.
04Do you offer lift AMC and maintenance?+
Yes. Mirai offers annual maintenance contracts for elevator upkeep, preventive servicing and breakdown support. Visit frequency, parts coverage, exclusions and response arrangements are confirmed in writing after an assessment of your equipment.
05Can you modernize an existing elevator?+
Yes. The team assesses the existing equipment before recommending control, safety-feature or cabin upgrades. Compatibility, scope, downtime and cost are agreed before the work starts.
